The work package deals with definitions, strategies and concepts for zero emission buildings. The findings from the other work packages provide the basis for the development of general knowledge about what it takes to make a zero emission building. This includes developing transparent guidelines/instructions on how to document zero emission buildings, which in turn can form the basis for future norms and regulations.
