Results from practical and user targeted research activities in ZEB contribute to developing new regulations regarding energy efficiency and energy supply.
These regulations offer significant benefits for society. Research on measures to be taken in the existing building stock are also part of the research activities and are of importance for the future development of building regulations and building practice.
ZEB research activities will also contribute to further developing the regulation of embodied energy in building materials.
